Transport information to and from airport not helpful. If I had been sent details of the shuttle service, at the time of booking as I requested in writing, it would have saved a great deal of time and money. The taxis overcharged both ways an exorbitant amount.

We enjoyed our quick stay here. The breakfast was pretty good with a ton of options. The pool is clean, well maintained and family friendly. The room was huge with 2 separate rooms with a couch and a table in one room and a room for the beds. The beds were comfy. Also, the spa was amazing. Excellent service there. My only real compliants would be that it took a long time to check in. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2-2:30am. There was only one clerk checking people in. We had to wait for around 20 minutes. With a tired 7-year-old, we were not happy. They did give us the latest check out available and didn't change us for it either. The other complaint was that they didn't confirm what terminal we were flying through and dropped us off at the wrong one. It took us a long time to transfer when it would have been a couple minute drive for the bus to drop us off at the right terminal. The location is extremely convenient to the airport so it's a really nice place for a quick stay. I would recommend this to friends.

The shuttle is very infrequent and despite me telling them my flight time 9:50pm they didn’t tell me that the last shuttle was 9:30pm. They actually told me to go to the shuttle location and wait. I was waiting for it for 45 minutes before I gave up although even if it was running its one every like 3hrs in the afternoon! Note the shuttle time table was sent the day after and was not available or easily available on the website!

The pool was amazing, the property was beautiful and relaxing. I had contacted the hotel ahead of time about an early check in and they said they noted my request and would give me a room if it was available. When we arrived, tired from the over night journey and lugging around many many bags, we got a long speech about check in being at 3pm and we would only get a room if one was available, I told him I emailed ahead of time so…and we got a long explanation again. We said fine whatever. 10mins later he told us we could check in because a room was available. I just didn’t think the drama was necessary it made us feel unwelcome and that we were an inconvenience. We loved everything else about the hotel, it just would have been nice to feel like they were happy we were there.

Room was amazing. Walked out of the room and the pool was right there. Room was great. Spacious and more than enough room for our family. The only and I mean only downside was the bar area. Staff taking nearly 30 mins to get us a couple of beers and a non alcoholic cocktail. Unfortunately they got the beer ready straight away so it was served warm. On another occasion we had to tell them the order 3 times and then had to wait 20 mins for these drinks. On both occasions the bar area was almost completely empty to no understandable reason for this.

Ideal for early morning flights from KLIA
Lovely hotel, clean, excellent service, small restaurant but good food albeit a tad slow. Some waiters ( not all) had poor trouble communicating ( poor English and could not understand Malay either), but were polite. Beautiful large pool, better than in some 5 star hotels. Free shuttle to airport tops the service.

A Decent stay near the airport
The pool was huge and amazing! I heard it was just finished building this year! Basically a brand new hotel near the airport! Do not get it confused with Kula Lumpur ibis in the city. The rooms are clean. My room that I had did not have good electrical outlets and the hair dryer was not working. The staff here are friendly and also helpful. They have staff that carry the luggage to your bedroom.

Nice hotel but avoid the bar: tiny drinks, oversized prices. Pool and spa are great, rooms are large and comfortable. Airport transportation is only OK - plan your own shuttle or download the Grab app to book a ride.
