Great location
Sotetsu is very accessible to Myeongdon, malls,subway and bus stops. Its also walkable to some of the tourist spots such as Myeongdon Cathedral. Seoul Tower etc. The hotel room is very clean however, the hotel management should renovate CR particularly the wooden bathtub,wooden plank walls and blinds

Great hotel
Great stay, good room , friendly staff. To get to airport was easy, the airport coach stops about 100m away and was a bargain - just ask reception for directions. There are 2 convenience stores on the road as well. Ate at the restaurant downstairs one evening, good quality. I will stay again if I revisit the city.

Spacious and confortable bedding. The large table and bench was a great addition in our room. The room itself was quite dusty that caused us to sneeze more than usual for us non-sensitive individuals. There was an air purifier in the room, which helped a little. Bath tub/shower was a war zone as water got everywhere. The bathroom didn't have a place to hang towels. Location was great and the airport bus to Incheon Airport was just steps away. Self checkout was easy and fast. Would recommend for location and convenience.

Really lovely accommodations in the center of Seoul. Not only did I love the bathtub but the waterfall showerhead was also amazing. The hotel room was perfect to relax in after long days spent exploring. I will say the hotel room window was small. I'm not complaining but just sharing.

Must've been a beautiful building when it opened, but you can clearly see the wear and tear of this place. Place is not very clean at all, especially the bathroom. Dust everywhere - under the bed, under the table, bedframe. Walls are also very dirty. I was super itchy after sleeping the first night. Staff was great though in changing my sheets the next day. Great location, and great staff, but probably will choose nearby hotels instead of this one.

Good location and good facilities. Early morning staff needs more training. I used the machine to check out and none of the three staff members behind the desk greeted me when I started nor said anything when I left. Unacceptable for a property of this purported caliber.

Loved that the hotel was between two subway lines, quiet but convenient, breakfast had a good selection. Would recommend, only thing I would suggest is an extra mirror in the room, with extra lighting for the ladies to apply their makeup in the mornings! Other than that excellent stay!

I stayed at this property with my husband for 4 nights and we were assigned a room on the 16th floor which looked like it had some water damage in the bathroom and the room’s interior also looked partially damaged. We could hear heavy footsteps walking above us, so it could do with more soundproofing. The property looks so well-maintained on the exterior that it was quite disappointing to be allocated a room that isn’t looking its best. I don’t think this room should be allocated to guests. Other than the room issue, I liked the location and the staff were helpful. Overall, I would consider other hotel options if I were to come back to Seoul.
