Customer service need to improve
The bathtub looks like issue after shower, take long time for water to go down. Front desk staff(guy) forgot to see his name, seems unfriendly. Asking for direction to Soha Salt Pond but he just said “I don’t know”? Disappointed with his attitude.

The staff very helpful helping me to download the Korean version of Maps I could use. The breakfast buffet was huge and definitely a good way to start your day. 8 min walk to city hall station and a minute from the market. Only thing was room could use a paint job and slightly better attention to detail when cleaning. (Bathroom counter clearly not wiped down everyday). Restaurant in the hotel is not worth it. Over priced and pretentious. Better places close by.

We had 2 rooms deluxe and line friends. My daughter loved her themed room! Both rooms were good, clean and a fair size. The only draw back in the themed room is that there were only 4 hangers and we were 2 people staying 6 nights so it wasn’t enough. The grouting in the shower needed some deep cleaning too. However these are minor points and we had everything else we needed. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a great location - within walking distance to Myeongdong.

Excellent value for the money. Friendly staff, clean property. City bus connection to the airport is half a block away. Subway access is two blocks away. Many restaurants and 2 major street markets in walking distance.
