The front desk service was very friendly, but the restaurant service was very bad especially kitchen service.. The foods they served for the breakfast was just ok compared to other similar hotels. I wouldn’t pay for the breakfast separately.

Terrible receptioninst (training) welcoming me at 1h00pm without Hello ... simply saying, checkin is after 3pm. I asked is it possible to see if my room / or a room is available to check in now ? Shes said again, check in after 3pm. Very impolite ... In the end, she realises I wasnt going anywhere and she found me a room I was able to check in right away. Room needs more cleaning, and maintenance. Dusty, black hair in the fridge, bathroom wood shelves under sink is roten.

Hard to communicate with the front desk staff, unable to adjust the room temperature so the hotel room was too hot, noisy fan without cooling air. (25 Cor higher) Just a 3-star hotel with okay service, we stayed at the Lotte Hotel Jeju and Seoul and it was quite a different experience.

The room was way too hot. They came to fix the ac once and throughout our whole stay the room was so hot. Traffic around here is so bad you can barely catch a cab because there’s huge construction going on
