Great and friendly staff. House keeping were some of the nicest ladies, and did a very thorough and great job. Good size hotel room. Great location, 8 minute walk to Myeongdong Market, 5 minutes to the metro. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean. Not the prime location to stay at. I don’t know why, but when we rode the taxi, we were dropped off twice at the wrong location like they didn’t know the hotel. Use uber for transport, more reliable. There’s another nine tree in Myeong-dong street. Location wise, that is the better option I think.

Although most everything about the hotel was great, unfortunately I can’t give a good review due to the air condition and heating. Since the hotel controls the temperature according to the temperature outside, our room was uncomfortably warm and the ability to adjust the temperature to a cooler setting was not available. We didn’t have a good nights rest the entire stay. Truly unbearable cannot recommend and will not stay again.

Second time staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly as I remembered. Easy and quick check-in. Convenient location to subway and safe walking distance to Myeongdong and surroundings (incl. Gwangjang market, DDP and beyond). The convenient store in the hotel is great for late night snacks run. There is laundry facility and storage lockers in the lower ground /basement floor. There is also a scale in the lobby for you to weigh your luggage. Plenty of coffee places outside the hotel to get your breakfast in the morning. Room is bright, clean and comfortable. Bathroom and towels are clean. Bottled water is provided daily. Would definitely stay here again when I return to Seoul!
