Service is fantastic, specially at the front desk. Jonny was so kind to call the restaurant for my sister who is in the wheelchair she can go upstairs. Anyway she was really really kind. We were very happy.

Only an overnighter and we got in late. Staff late night where not that welcoming vs staff in the morning were very friendly. Maybe the concierge was feeling like we were after circa 15 hours travel. Overall location was great for shopping, street markets and public transport.

The location was great for our first time in Korea and during a snow period. The staff was great and we could communicate easily with them in English. The limousine bus to the airport stops were very close as well. The only thing was the room had a slight odor which I cleared with opening the window a bit. It was snowing so we realized on our 2nd day that we had to inform the staff that we wanted the room mode to heating.

Conveniently located in Myeongdong

The Prince is a great place to stay. It is central and conveniently located in Myeongdong right by the metro. Shopping and eateries are steps away. I can’t say enough good things about the desk staff. They were super helpful when we had to change a flight booking. They spent a lot of time on the phone talking to the airline about a flight change. They have nice breakfast choices in the restaurant.

The rooms are small but adequate. Extremely hard beds. Buffet breakfast was not great and not worth the money. Great location with lots of amenities nearby. Standard business 3 star hotel.
