Decent hotel in a quiet area
First day check-in process with Ethan at front desk was very friendly and he did his best to help us move rooms seamlessly. I had seperate bookings since my reservations were last minute and the hotel's availability differed each day. As for the rooms, the first 2 were fine for a business level hotel but on the final night, the bathroom had areas left unclean that was too much for me to overlook so they moved us to a different room which wasn't handled in the best way. Long story short, I had to check out and check back in and due to the situation I was reconsidering moving back to my previous hotel but Daniel H. assured me they would note this and make sure there would be no issues. Sure enough, upon checking back in, the room I'm in has been good. Also, most importantly, he was super friendly and genuinely seemed to want to help which is something I haven't really felt in Korean hospitality overall - I hope employees like him stay as the choice to return or not was pretty much because of his actions. Overall decent hotel in a quiet area though.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in so far in Seoul. So reasonable for a super convenient location, especially if you want an easy travel to both Incheon or Gimpo airports. Location is right above Gongdeok stn which is so convenient to most tourist spots. Rooms are so spacious too, we had enough space for all the luggage and shopping this trip. Interior is clean and modern. Love this hotel highly recommend!

It’s convenient to get to the airport directly by taking the regular train. It takes more than an hour to the international airport. You‘ll need to transfer if taking the express train to the airport.

Getting to this hotel from Incheon airport (by bus or Arex train) is very convenient. The hotel is just next to the bus stop and the metro station.

Hotel is very conveniently located. That is the best thing about it. The room for the first night was freezing (Nov 7th) because the heat was not on because the hotel has centrally controlled heat and air. Was told the room might become too hot, which was a total lie. Room has window that opens so problem to make cooler and one can just turn off the heat. Many guests complained and it was finally turned on on the 8th. The management uses GREEN as an excuse for not having basic amenities in the room. Bed is comfortable. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel staff was very professional, kind, understanding, and patient. I asked for a fan to provide white noise, and they happily gave me one. I asked for a transformer for my electrical devices, and again no problem. The room was very quiet.I would definitely stay at the Glas Mapo Hotel again.
