You have to know this hotel
When choosing a room, the one facing the road is a little quieter, but the one facing the railroad is so noisy that it wakes you up.Spend a little more money and stay on the 21st or 22nd floor.Choose a different hotel when traveling with family! Suitable for solo or couples, but Best value for money! I love this hotel

Shower gel was completely empty. You should expect to have full amenities when you jump into the shower. Over room was not clean, dirty floors and stains. Shower dirty had stuff on the ground. Size of the room decent for solo travellers.

The housekeeper was exceptionally nice she greeted you everyday with a big genuine smile. She gave you the feeling that she enjoyed her work. Our room was clean and tidy when we returned. But overall the staff was always pleasant and helpful.

First room we got had bugs crawling on the wall and pillow. When I moved the small cube night stand, there was a streak of dust bunnies like its never been cleaned properly. We asked to change rooms and on the phone the first person said yes and come to the lobby. Once there, the other person at the desk tried to get involved and said it will be cleaned the next day. I trapped the bug from the pillow and took it down to the front desk. We got the exact same room just 9 floors above. We walked in an it had a day old wet smell still linguring. We were so tired from our travels, we let that pass after checking the rest of the room. The smell was near the bathroom/sink. The smell did disappear by the morning. The staff aside from that first evening have been great. Room was cleaned every day, but not throughly. I sprinkled some crumbs in a very easily seen area and they were still there for the remainder of the stay. This is not meant to be a deterrent from staying at the hotel. I believe overall it was easy to get around seoul from the hotel. There are small local shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Bus stops and subway not too far. The airport limousine bus drops you off steps from the hotel. The return bus stop is located by the McDonald's on the opposite side, a 2-3min walk from the hotel. So, overall the stay and location met our needs. Cleanliness and service staff are the main issue.
