Everything from in my experience at the hotel, from start to end, was without fault. The team were incredibly professional, friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and quiet, with effective blackout blinds. Stay away from this hotel due to bad service/sewer

could not sleep properly during the stay nor can use shower/washroom due to strong smell of a sewer; call waiting for the front desk more than 30 minutes, but the front desk never answered the phone nor called back our room; called the housekeeping and the gentleman came once to apply the fragrant treatment, but after about 10 minutes the smell came out again fron the bathroom; no feedback about this serious issue given from the hotel management nor any offer, such as the change of a room provided
