Ther location is the best thing about this hotel but front desk staffs are not really friendly. I never seen they smile during my stay. Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful.

Room is comfortable.

That is a very good experience to stay in this hotel. The lobby staff was very nice and helpful. The bed very huge and comfortable. The ocean view is very nice, but is part of view. The breakfast is fresh and healthy. We are very happy to stay in this place.

가족끼리 숙박했었는데 방도 넓고 청결하고 좋았습니다. 조식은 종류가 많치는 않았지만 맛도 좋고 구성도 좋았습니다. 수영장도 붐비지 않고 수질관리도 잘 되어 있어서 아들이 굉장히 좋아했습니다. 다음에도 제주여행을 한다면 다시 묵을 정도로 만족도가 높았습니다.

The room was large and clean. Unfortunately, there was no seating on the balcony. The bathroom was okay, clean, but lacking in style. The housekeeping service was lacking in attention. The bed was made up, but nothing more was noticeable. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of service. All in all, the hotel was okay, but everything seemed a bit lacking in style.

가성비는 좋고 정원이 아름다운 호텔입니다.

예약을 가든방향으로 했는데 비치방향으로 무료 체인지(일요일 여분있다고) 해주었어요. 직원친절하여 기분이 좋았습니다. 룸 침대도 편안하고 넓고 좋았지만 쇼파,쿠션,발코니가 더 청결했으면 좋겠어요. 침대 밑 베이스테라스(?)가 있어서 조금은 복도가 좁고 다리에 부딪혀 상처났어요. 아이 또는 어른들은 조금은 발,다리 다칠 위험이 조금 있어요
