The staff are all exceptional. Great off street parking. Rooms and beds are comfortable and a little worn out. Bedding was clean and crisp. Bathroom floor was a little dirty, air conditioning worked sporadically. The bar and restaurant are really great. We had a delicious dinner with amazing live entertainment on a Saturday. Breakfast was basically all prepackaged bars and cereal, some yogurt etc…Sunday the town shuts down including the hotel bar and restaurant as well as museums. The sculpture trail along the canal was nice. Decent location for wineries.

The hotel is very nice, centrally located in this charming town. The room was really nice, and the bathroom was clean with a lovely walk in shower. High ceilings, chandeliers over the beds, very nice touches.

It’s an older property but it’s clean, the bed was comfortable, decent continental breakfast. There’s a bar/restaurant on the property and plenty of eating options nearby. I’d stay here again.

The rooms only gave you one towel, there was no refrigerator in the room, there’s no icemaker on the property, I went to the front desk and there was nobody there because there’s only one person manning it, and the worst part was the restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday and Monday. That was not shown on the Expedia hotel site. The room was not warm and inviting. I will not be staying there again..

The Gould is a classic small hotel in downtown Seneca Falls, renovated with a modern esthetic. It’s well located. But, it earns the five stars because of the service. When we arrived, we learned that Expedia had canceled our reservation without informing us. Although the hotel was nearly full, they found us a room and worked to resolve the problem and honored the Expedia rate.
