I have stayed here 5 times always been good but on this occasion not as enjoyable as previous times old linen used didn’t feel fresh even though I upgraded to super deluxe no security on at night very noisy people running a muck in the pool all night.... it appears no one cared even after notifying the front desk on several occasions at 1 and 2 am.... I wouldn’t recommend and will find alternative accommodation on my next visit... the Zen rooms advertised at the cheap rate are dreadful

The hotel is right in town BUT it doesn't say Zen Rooms Hotel - it's name is Taman Ayu. It was so hard finding it after arriving from a late night flight. Other than that it's great value for money and room was super spacious and clean.

Overall nice hotel. Good price, big room with a nice balcony overlooking the garden. The pool is also very nice and I spotted a decent gym too. It's also very close the the Potato head beach club which is my favorite on that area. I will recommend this hotel.
