This was such a beautiful hotel with the most beautiful people staffing it. Every moment of the stay was so thoughtful, it was standout service. All the frustrating parts of a hotel stay were eliminated and it just felt easy along with being incredibly environmentally focused. I have stayed a few different properties along Seminyak Beach and this has been my all time favourite. I recommend it highly and would come back without a doubt.

We were really disappointed with this hotel in terms of amenities, dining, and general up keep of the hotel. Hotel felt old and a lot of the furniture was so tired and outdated. Ripped couches, worn out chairs, stained furniture. Just not what we expected. Would not rate it although the staff were very friendly.
