Was iffy at the beginning and was expecting less because dont usually stay at Inn’s before but this was awesome! Had everything we needed including fridge and microwave. Even a fireplace in our room. Everything was clean and comfy. Floor was laminate flooring so that was a plus instead of carpet. We didnt mind no elevator because there wasnt that many stairs. Walls looked noise proof because we didnt hear anything. Oh and its triple AAA approved. We would stay here again!

Definitely book!!!
This hotel is just a short 15 to 20 min drive to uptown Sedona with a great view on the way there. The room itself was clean with an amazing view. They did not do housekeeping unless it was requested so very, eco-friendly. I think its a perfect place to stay while staying reasonable with prices.

It was awesome that they let us check in a couple hours early because the room was ready. The Jacuzzi tub was wonderful. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The room was nicely updated. Location good because it is enough away from downtown to be quiet, but still has shops and restaurants and is close enough to town if you want to go there.

Lobby closes at 9 pm and was not open when we departed at 8:30 am the next morning. Heater in room did not readily work - need a time before working and ability to set the controls after turning on - no instructions provided. 1 of 2 queen beds had had a problem - slightest movement on bed (ie getting up, on bed or turning over) caused a loud banging construction site noise - with lobby closed no way to report any problems. If you choose to pay directly to the Inn on arrival you are charged a 'resort fee' of $8 plus yet there are no amenities except an ice machine and the lobby is closed 9 pm to at least after 830 am. PAY online thru Expedia to avoid this extra charge for 'nothing'.

It's nothing glamorous, but gives super easy access to the sights around Sedona/Oak Creek. And the view is spectacular. Awesome little pizza/beer joint literally next door. Great way to save $$ while enjoying the beauty.

My favorite place to stay in Sedona. They always treat me so great, the room is clean, classy n comfy and can't beat the view from the window. The location is the best. You can walk to restaurants and stores and you can walk to beautiful hiking trails here. Can't beat it 👏👏

This is one of the nicest properties in which we've stayed. The views from our room were incredible. It was a short walk to the Colt Grill, one of the best BBQ restaurants we've tried
