Our email prior to checking in said that we had paid already, since we had made these arrangements months ago, we really didn’t remember if we did . When we went to check our email, the clerk at the hotel was very rude - saying that the email just said that because we held our room with our credit card and that she wasn’t charging us twice. I didn’t appreciate her tone. I think, first that the email should not have said paid, and maybe should say pending. The other issue I had was that someone tried to use a key to open my door while I was inside my room! I opened the door and they had already walked back down the stairs. I told the desk clerk and she brushed it off. I’m not sure if I would recommend this place.

Really loved the courtyard. Great place to sit out in the evening with a bottle of wine and chat with fellow travellers. Great location in Old Town Cottonwood. Very close to several tasting rooms. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an eclectic hotel in Cottonwood

Fantastic stay
This was our first time in Cottonwood and loved this place....the bed was amazing, the rooms was super cute and clean...the shower had water pressure like a true massage...and the location right in old town was fantastic. Would recommend especially for the great price and again clean and comfy, the mini fridge and microwave is always a bonus and parking was a breeze.

We recently stayed at the Iron Bourse Inn and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience! The inn is perfectly located, offering easy access to the town's shopping and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The property itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail that made our stay both comfortable and relaxing. From the charming cobblestone staircases to the spotless rooms, every aspect of the inn felt thoughtfully cared for. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay and explore!

Very cute little inn in the middle of Old Town Cottonwood. Everyone we encountered at the inn and in Cottonwood were friendly, including the inn staff, fellow guests and townspeople. We’d love to go back sometime. Do know that the rooms are a little small and cozy. You have everything you need though.

We lived our anniversary get away in Cottonwood at the Iron Horse Inn. Even though it’s an older property, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was small, but had a fridge and a microwave and everything we needed. The location is excellent for day trips around the area, and there are several restaurants and gift shops within walking distance from the hotel. It was very relaxing, not having to drive to go for dinner; We could have a drink or two and walk home.

Loved the quaintness of this hotel & the location in the heart of old downtown Cottonwood, the ladies manning the office were delightful too! our only negative was the twin bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and there was no clock radio?
