Loved the quaintness of this hotel & the location in the heart of old downtown Cottonwood, the ladies manning the office were delightful too! our only negative was the twin bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and there was no clock radio?

The room was nice and roomy, the only thing I didn’t like is the door to the bathroom is a single barn door that doesn’t close very well and does not lock.

Enjoyed outdoor patio, with umbrellas to provide shade. Clean rooms. Easy to walk to nearby eateries, for breakfast and dinner. We'll be back, when we return to Cottonwood.

Celebrating a birthday. It was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Perfect for being in the heart of historic Cottonwood. The staff was great. I would recommend anyone to stay here. We will be back again.

Window A/C & heat unit was very loud. The bathroom mirror was too high. The pocket door to the bath didn’t close and covered the full length mirror. Receptacles were too far from the mirror. The stairs are steep and narrow. The mini fridge froze all our drinks. The location is convenient. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable.

We stayed in the double twin room. It was very small, but what it lacked in space was made up by the quality of the linens, decor, etc and it was so cozy and charming. We loved the courtyard and the location is perfect - you can walk to everything. The woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend !
