Only thing negative in our studio rental, the beds! The pull-out couch bed had the most uncomfortable mattress I'd ever slept on!! Felt like rocks, my whole body hurt next morning! My mom has an old one that sleeps very well, so I know there are good ones. The next night I slept on the couch itself and had a better nights rest. The queen bed could use some improvement as well. Other than that, it was a great stay ☺

The Hilton has excellent service. They were so helpful and gracious. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed some lovely walks. Of course, the views are spectacular. Perfect trip in an exceptional resort.

The sheets were scratchy, pillows were lumpy, the ceiling fan only had one speed (high) and when it was on and the outside lights where shining through the curtains, it created a strobe like light in the bedroom which was annoying. They did not have a single cup coffee machine so you had to make a full pot of coffee every time you wanted coffee. They didn’t have complimentary coffee in the lobby but for $4.50 you could by a machine-produced cup. Parking was minimal too and we had to park across the street every night. Would not stay here again although the location was good and staff was nice.

Location was nice and property was well kept. Rooms were fine, nothing fancy, but overall service was just ok. Note they do not have maid service.
