The bathroom was not working, I called front desk and sent security to look at it. When the security left, the door lock broke and she told us that she couldn’t do anything about it. Unprofessional and dirty place.

There is no phone service and there was a few broken things in the room(shower head was detached from wall, bed lights didnt turn on, and exposed wires from the Ac unit) , but overall it was super quiet, the staff were nice, very well priced and it was roomy.

Seemed like the interior was the quality of a motel… parking was nuts, every spot filled. Staff was great that was the highlight. For a resort wouldn’t recommend. Only reason we stayed was it was half off last minute.

Bad front desk lady!
We stayed at Poco Diablo in Sedona. As my mom is 100 years old, I asked front desk black lady to change the room which is closer to car parking. However, she told us there were no rooms without checking. And told us that we should request by phone ahead. We told her that we called to the hotel to tell about room. But after the operator told us to transfer to front desk, changed to answering machine. So o recorded the message with giving my phone number. I didn’t receive the phone call from the hotel after all. When I explained to the black front desk lady, she asked me @Do you gave evidence that you called us?” Seemed she didn’t believe me at all. I showed my cell phone that recorded I call the hotel last night. I was not happy at all to her attitude. She was very bad service and I was very sorry to my mom that she had to walk far from parking lot. Having that kind lady at the hotel is not good repetition at all. I was very disappointed to the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends at all.

I enjoyed our stay here, however there were details in our room that needed work. My mattress was pretty noisy, the toilet was so low to the floor it felt like I had to squat to use it, and furniture had chips/ wear and tear. The staff was super nice and informative, which is why we always come back but it would be nice to see upgrades made to the rooms

It was very quiet. Bed make weird noise every time I moved. Cover mattress has a multiples disgusting stain Housekeeping, amazing kind as well Mario at the restaurant. The door lock was missing and as soon I called front desk, a handyman showed up and fixed.
