Hotel advertised online pictures did not reflect the actual facility. Although the Lobby area was updated and nice, the whole facility needs to be updated. Front desk staff were on their cell phone and not attentive. We were looking forward to the stargazing activity, but it was just a guy in the parking lot with binoculars and telescope including a table with a tip jar.

Maid service was terrible. All they did was remove trash and replace towels. No beds made. No vacuuming. Sinks weren’t wiped down. Broken towel rack in bathroom (room 117). Long black hair in tub when we arrived. The restaurant was fantastic.

Poco Diablo is a great option when staying in Sedona. If you prefer a quieter location, this would be great for you. I did wish it was more walkable. The room was good- a typical hotel room. We enjoyed the balcony. The shining star of the hotel is the restaurant. We ate there for breakfast every morning and it was always amazing. We also had a delicious dinner there. Lastly, we did book a massage, which was great.

The views from the hotel were amazing. The property was very quiet and you felt isolated (in a good way) yet it is still very close to downtown Sedona and the trailheads in the area.

It's a beautiful property on the outside that's showing a bit of age on the inside (especially the loud heater). Low review stars due to poor service at the restaurant, initially with slow service, then an overcharge that despite promises from management has still not been corrected two days later.

Positives: Great Location, beautiful grounds. Great Staff, check-in was easy and staff was welcoming and very helpful. Ample parking. Surprisingly spacious rooms. Sink in the bathroom and one outside the bathroom was a good feature. Great restaurant - had breakfast. Service was great (Mr. Mario was super), food was fresh, hot and decent portions. Negatives: Carpet in our room. Condition of the bathroom (especially the tub) You guys need to seriously update.
