Jad sofa bed replaced due to broken frame support. Replacement had terrible matress. Being a Hilton Id expect hotel to provide an actual matress & bedframe if sofabeds cannot be made to be usable. Bathroom exhaust fan was terribly loud groaning. My concern was bothering adjacent rooms. Tv in bedroom had cable unit HDMI cable unplugged from Tv. Great property & amenities but no Coffee Bar for coffee and/or Scone(s) in morning. I stead we had to walk .25mi to search for coffee shop, wixh in 3 out of 4 times were no open yet, or closed all together. Nice kitchenette in suite, though would had been nice to had read that a toaster was provided. Then not providing a mini grocery store to purchase bread, another wasted opportunity for Hilton. Though after 4 attempts in trying to get us to attend Hilton G Vacations presentation(s), I can now say that if you put 20% more effort into hotel maintenance & housekeeping training, instead of sales staff, your hotel customers would be much happier.
