Great place to stay in Sedona, AZ!

We loved our stay at Elements Sedona and didn’t realize it was so close to restaurants that we loved. We had to leave early due to a pet sitting emergency but would have loved to stay longer. The hotel was very accommodating of the last minute departure and took care of us.

OK Stay

To start, when we opened the fold out couch, there were chips in the bed and then all over the floor. We arrived at approximately 9pm and had to wait for the 10pm desk person to arrive so someone could come and clean the mess up and change the bedding. Did not care for the building being in a U-shape. Had to keep our blind closed for privacy. The patio as pictured did not have a view of the red rocks and I do not think the majority of the rooms did either since a storage building was right next door blocking the view from that side of the hotel. You needed to step out to the street to see them. Asked the front desk to have housekeeping revisit our room since the floors were not swept. Housekeeping showed up, but only emptied the trash, remove dirty towels, and replaced clean towels. The only thing that made this worth the stay was the more-than-continental breakfast offered and a couple of the staff at the desk.
