The smell in the room was overwhelming. There was some sort of attempt to cover up a smell in the room that gave me a headache. The room that breakfast was served in was too small, making it difficult to prepare your breakfast if there was more than 3 people in the space.

It was a comfortable stay overall. The property needs to be upgraded. Main sign outside is faded so almost missed the place. Furniture and interior are very outdated yet bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The eggs at breakfast was greasy; sausages were okay; make your own waffle was the best part of breakfast. Only apples available for fruit selection. Could have used so.e bananas and/or oranges.

They started calling me at 1:00 in the afternoon and continued to do so for about every 45 minutes asking me when I was going to arrive. I was driving from out of state yet they couldn't seem to comprehend this and kept calling me over and over again asking when I was going to arrive. I told them that I had already called and spoken to a young woman who said that I could come after 12:30 because they had a 24/7 desk. Then they kept telling me that was against their policy and they wouldn't refund my money but just kept calling me and harassing me. The next day there was a family whose house had burned down in a fire and they refused to rent them a room. Then some random white lady pulled up and asked if she could rent a room and they rented her one. No I had given the family they refused to serve a ride down the street to another hotel. Their claim was legit they smelled like house fire and some of their items were a little crispy. She said that she had paid for it online they had no problem with money they just didn't have anything left except what they could carry in some plastic bags. And because of that he refused them service. I went back and confronted him about it and he said that it was because the room wasn't ready and I said I watched you rent to the other woman right after them and he said oh no no you misunderstood me. When I tried to leave with the family to take them to another hotel one of their employees came and stood behind my car to keep from taking them

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and had a couch and coffee table in addition to the desk. The shower was great with good water pressure. Their breakfast is not the usual cheap breakfast with just muffins and cereal. They have both of those items but also eggs sausage and even a dual waffle maker and more. Had a great stay and would recommend to anyone and would stay with them again.

The entrance was not an automatic door so when you’re coming in with a lot of luggage makes it inconvenient. Our encounter with Chasity at the front desk was very nice. Our room was less than desirable. The fan in the bathroom was SO LOUD you couldn’t use it. I was not impressed with the facility or decor for the price. Would not choose to stay here again.

When we entered the room there was a very strong musty and Febreeze odor. They were all full and couldn’t switch our room. But the front desk attendant really went out of his way to ionize the room and run big fans for us. It was better but we won’t return there. Breakfast attendant was great!
