This is the best place to stay if you visit this town. The place is close to everything. The staff is great. The view from the parking lot will knock your socks off. I'll be back and I'll stay here again.

Stay here if you want to be harassed on buying a time share. As we checked in it was extremely difficult leaving the lobby as sales rep would not stop. So be aware.

Wonderful Place But...

Enjoyed our stay. Very hospitable, friendly staff. Nice room. Very comfortable. Only negative was the Concierge was pretty high pressure in trying to talk us into some type of time share. She was a bit too pushy and persistent.

Joel checked us in and was very helpful. The room was in a hole so the view from the patio was a dirt wall so no view at all. The room was very small. The neighbor upstairs walked very heavy so that sound would wake you up. The two receptacles in the kitchen area did not work so I had to plug the coffee pot in at the side table. It just seemed old and not so great for a resort. And the pool and hot tub area was under construction so we could not use that,

At arrival I was asked for an unexpected $200 deposit. Went to room 256 but it should have been 156. Maintenance was sent to open the door at 256 and the room was already taken. Walked up and down stairs and to the office to straighten it out. No offer to make things better. Refrigerator was noisy and air system was noisy making it difficult to sleep.

Beware the hidden, unnecessary $200 deposit.

The room was acceptable but a bit pricey given its averages. If the resort can charge an extra "resort fee" they should include it up front in the price you expect to pay, also they should be more direct in showing they are charging an unnecessary $200 deposit per room. The only extraordinarily good thing I can say is that the front desk personal were all outstanding.
