It would be better to give 2nd floor rooms to people who have pets. Because they were walking around middle of night, it was hard to go to sleep because of sounds from floor. Otherwise everything was good.

Great location, nice to have a trial right behind hotel. They had activities scheduled for evenings, live music, smores etc. Great way to meet nice people from across the country. Breakfast buffet was delicious and on site restaurant as well.

Motel 6 vibes came from our room- absolutely no water pressure in the shower, broken fridge, carpet needed deep cleaned, the second bed was VERY close to the wall and no table to sit at to enjoy a meal. The views around the hotel are breathtaking, the pool and hot tub were great.

I could not get the hotel to email me the bill after I called 3 times after checkout. Employees seemed very confident they would be able to send me the bill but failed every time. It seemed like their computer was running slowly all the time (of course, they meant the software system that the hotel uses). The water-filling machine did not work most of the time, and every time we asked for something, we would get an incomplete explanation. These things are easy to fix. As everything is overpriced in Sedona, people expect at least an average experience, not much more. If you check into a hotel in Phoenix, everything is great and works flawlessly, and it looks like employees are not even trying hard.

I stayed in Building A, there is very mold and old smell in corridors and rooms. The breakfast is horrible, no toaster and very basic. No elevator, rooms are old but newly paint, smell is still there. Towels and sheets are smelly too. The only good thing about this hotel is the trails around and view. It is over priced and did not worth it at all.
