We love staying in this historic hotel in downtown Sebring. The balcony is my favorite , grab a coffee at the complimentary coffee bar, sit outside and enjoy the breeze while looking at the gorgeous park.

A very one of a kind hotel experience.
The Roanoke is a very unique and well run hotel. However it is more than a hotel, it’s also a restaurant, dessert bar, and game room rolled into one very tastefully designed and decorated establishment that I’m told is solely the creation of the owners themselves. Each room is a different theme, and very comfortable. The check in process is flawless, the staff very pleasant and helpful. The husband and wife owners are ever mindful of what’s going on, extremely friendly, and there if you need assistance with anything. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to going back again.

Very nice; historical, not all the modern stuff
Beautiful hotel and rooms with a historic flair in the furnishings. But it was odd that there was no front desk. The lady who showed us to the room was very friendly and explained a lot. It takes some getting used to no ice machine (you have to ask for ice in the bar), no fridge in room and no coffeemaker in room. The coffee station is in the hallway, so you can’t stumble there in your nightgown; best to be dressed. The view from the balcony is gorgeous at night. Comfy but very high bed. The hall lights are very bright and showed through the blinds on my room’s window and door. We didn’t dine at the restaurant because we wanted something other than Irish fare, like shepherd’s pie, bangers and mash and scotch eggs. The elevator requires a bit of instruction, and is no place for claustrophobics.

What a cute historical property! All new, great local owners. Completely renovated, boho, bed and breakfast style rooms upstairs, there is an elevator. Real nicely done. Downstairs you will find the beautiful new Irish bar which serves delicious authentic Irish food. They just hired a new pastry chef to start the new bakery, there’s lounges indoor and out. The property supports all the local business, using their soaps, foods, beers, etc. Quaint little town with shops, restaurants, bistros, craft beer to enjoy during your stay. We frequently visit the area for the car races, first time at this new downtown historic hotel, and it won’t be our last, booking another room today for future stays!!

A hidden gem in downtown Sebring!
Newly renovated small boutique hotel with 10 rooms. No full-time front desk so you have to find Brandi, the owner at the Irish pub on the ground floor. She will make sure and get you checked in and give you her cell phone number for if you need any assistance during your stay. there is a balcony on the second floor, where you can see the town Square. Which is really a circle LOL

Beautiful renovation. Clean and comfortable . A bit noisy, both from street and in-house bar, so if you are planning on an early night, you may want something different. It dies quite right down, after closing time.
