Really great stay. Helpful staff. Parking is super tight but they do offer free valet if you need it. There is a loading area at ground level otherwise no elevator in parking lot but easy to walk down with luggage (no point taking stairs). Staff were super helpful

We enjoyed our stay at Warwick, staff was great & helpful. Our flight was late night they let us park our car for long. Their pool was under maintenance during our stay but they waived off the resort fee partially. We loved the location & will definitely come back here & stay. Pike’s market was close & walking distance. Thank you for the great experience.

We enjoyed out stay at the Warwick Seattle very much! The staff was welcoming and friendly, the rooms were very clean and the best feature - a sliding glass door to a small, but accessible, balcony. The city view at night was beautiful. 5 minute walk to Pike Place Market and Westlake Mall. Pool is lovely and warm, small, but great to just hang out in, and has great hours so you can swim at night before bed. We had several meals in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. We are locals who enjoy a staycation close to home to use the pool and shop in the city. We will be returning to the Warwick!

Clean, comfortable and convenient location
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the hotel was, comfortable beds and perfect location in the heart of downtown. Close enough to walk to many attractions. Staff was friendly and parking was easy in the hotel garage.

Smoking somewhere.
Everything was ok but the last night of our stay, someone was smoking cigarettes and it was coming through the air vents. I called front desk at around midnight and again at 4am both times it woke me up coughing (I hav severe asthma). I ended up having to sleep with the balcony door open (@ 34 degrees!) just to get fresh air.

Was a nice average hotel in a great location in Seattle, very walkable. Their pool and hot tub was under maintenance when we went so the very friendly staff gave us a discount on the resort fee of our stay! I would stay there again.
