The amount they charge is pretty crazy for what you get. The hotel is very dated and not well kept. We checked in at 3pm and one of our rooms wasn’t ready. So we came back at check in time and the room was still showing as dirty. The communication was clearly not there between the desks and housekeeping. The rooms are old, pretty dirty, and loud. They charged for a resort fee even with the pool closed. Not worth the price for what you get.

Recently stayed at the Warwick and will never stay here again! Great staff, but, that was it. Hotel is old and in need of major upgrades. Parking garage is Terrible! Room was ok but the heater didn’t work and it’s not pleasant staying in a room at 64degrees! Also, unsafe neighborhood with homeless and druggies all around the general area! Seattle has really gone downhill. Not good for the upcoming tourist/crusie season!!

Very nice facility and friendly staff. I was very pleased. Only thing that l'd like to inform: We left the room in the morning and hung the sign up clean the room on the doorknob. The room was still not clean when we returned around 6pm. Not sure if housekeeping staff is short-handed.

Breakfast isn’t free, you have to pay. The parking garage is compact so if you have a big car, have fun. The room was pretty ghetto, the door to the closet had a taped on mirror. The walls/ceiling were yellow from what appeared to be smoke damage.

Not Worth It

The “balcony” is about a foot wide, the bathroom was tiny, you have to use your room card every time you use the elevator, the front doors are closed after 9:30, and if you’re booking through Hotel.com just know there’s a $100 per night deposit fee in addition to your reservation. The bed was comfortable, pretty view, and building is close to everything.
