I think the front desk staff is pleasant but I am most impressed with Cisco the front desk agent as he always goes above and beyond for me when I check in to make sure I am happy with my stay. Honestly there are so many hotels to choose from but Cisco is the reason why I come back to the Warwick a hotel.

This property tries to screw you an extra parking fees. The rooms are old. And you have to walk up a bunch of stairs to whichever level you parked on.

Very nice ,clean hotel. No microwaves in rooms but they did bring one up for me. The hot tub was not very hot which was disappointing. Parking was nice to have but expensive. Staff were very polite & friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. We walked to all the hotspots downtown from our hotel. The parking fee at the hotel was expensive. The pool was nice, but the hot tub wasn't very hot as it opened into the cold pool. Hotel staff was kind of cold. Rooms were nice with big balcony, but it felt like it could be cleaner.

Great hotel, great location, great service. My stay was advertised on Hotels.com with a special perk of free self parking. Somehow that didn't get recorded on my reservation, but I showed them the listing and they refunded what they had charged me for parking.
