The staff is nice, the place has a vibe that is initially off-putting, but once I was settled, I really liked the Sonesta Suites. I had a clean kitchen and room and I had access to a gym. These are things I need for a stay. There are dogs, which I like, popcorn in the afternoon and while it's tucked away, everything was walkable. I walked to Safeway, and to some local coffee spots and restaurants and it was a great joy to spend my nights in a quiet spot.

The stay was fantastic. Only one negative. No parking set up for trucks pulling trailers. Very disappointed in that! If parking next door as suggested you have to walk an extended distance. I am disabled and that was out ofmy ability. Install gates in fence line.

While the property was as advertised, it was not very clean. I used an entire bottle of Febreze to try and get rid of the smell. The hallway and elevator smelt like urine, and I'm pretty sure some used the AC as a toilet. You would think that they would clean the grease off the stove top from the previous stay, but you would be wrong. I'm also not sure if it is an apartment complex or a hotel. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was the price. If you are expecting to get what you pay for, you will not be disappointed.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but i wanted to this time. I arrived at SEATAC Airport & the hotel sent a shuttle to pick me up. The guy who drove said that he was also the front desk manager (i asked his name for this specific reason, but my memory is terrible). He was very friendly, SO kind, & extremely helpful. The young lady who checked me in at the hotel was also amazing (again, terrible with names. I asked her about her accent & she said she's from the Ukraine). She's so sweet & caring. They were both INCREDIBLE! The room was clean, quiet, & comfortable. The bed was a dream. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. The kitchenette was also super cool, although i wasn't there long enough to use it, unfortunately. In the morning, the front desk guy ended up calling me a Lyft because he was the shuttle driver, but couldn't leave the desk. He was also super kind & so helpful. One of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. I hope to come to Seattle again sometime so i can stay again!

This was a very nice suite with lots of space. We loved the full kitchen, and enjoyed using the outdoor grill. The shuttle service was very convenient also. The exercise room was fun, pool was fairly clean but too chilly to use during our stay.

This is a great place for families or group of people. We are a family of 4 and get a 2 bedroom when available but the 1 bedroom is great also. It has a very large couch that converts to a bed and also a pull out twin underneath.

Great value and dog-friendly

Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We stayed here due to the proximity to the airport, dog-friendly, and a kitchen. Despite there being other days across the hall, it was still quiet. Airport shuttle runs 24 hours/day. Overall happy with our stay and value. Would stay again
