100% all around best place to stay & visit.

Hands down the only great place to stay in that vicinity. We have been to the four seasons and tried others ONLY when we have booked last minute and Thompson is not available. This is a Hyatt Product and let me just tell you. It is the best hotel because it covers all of the bases. Professional staff is number one on the list and there are too many names to mention but here are a few of our lovely, very appreciated host and hostesses within: From Door to The Nest! Chuck if you need recommendations on restaurants and sites, etc. You’ve got our Irish brother Joe at the front desk with Albir(part Irish maybe..inside joke.), Emily, Jade, and Kion and Aiden. I hate to miss anyone everyone at the front desk is so lovely and accommodating. Be sure to get a fresh bake chocolate chip cookie and a glass of champagne upon arrival. Actually, before that you will encounter the front bellhop and you will see Drew and Geo and Natty. All of these guys take extra care of your personal belongings and your car and are willing to go the extra mile for you. Upstairs, you’ve got Andrew and Gus taking care of you at the nest. And one of our absolute standout favorites is Natali behind the bar with Andrew. One of the best things about this hotel is the restaurant. The food is next level top-notch and really can’t be beat. Chef Rakouch and her crew sear and sauté everything right in front of you and it’s incredible. What they are able to produce in a very intimate and exposed space. Trust me.🙌

The A/C in our room was really loud. I would love to have a better option for the coffee in the rooms, the pour over coffee was like drinking hot water. I would not use the valet parking option again, the bill for that was $102 for one night. I asked how much valet would be, was told $68 including tax. We were charged an additional $34.52 for destination fee, that was not disclose to us.

Room was nice except for lighting. Very little lighting other then limited bedside lighting, and bathroom lighting was not great either. Service at the Conversation restaurant was very disappointing. I think room service orders were given priority, and it took close to 20 minutes before someone even took our order then another 30 minutes before meal arrived at table.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the AC I called in and they sent the repair guy right away. He wasn't able to fix the AC because it needed a part to repair they gave me a portable AC. Since I can't transfer to a new room for the night because the hotel was fully packed due to Valentines Day they gave me a free meal worth $75 good for 2 people. The next day I was provided a new clean room to stay. I can't complain. Thank you Thompson staffs.

Our air conditioning was broken and was making awful sounds all night long that woke us up over and over again. We also ordered in room dining and the fries were so salty they were not edible. I enjoy salty fries but these were beyond that. Really disappointed considering I paid 500 in total to for my 1 night stay.
