The staff is wonderful! They are attentive to your needs and your wants. From the guys who work out front to the people who clean your room, you couldn’t ask for a better crew. The restaurant is excellent (especially Allie who always had a smile). The front desk ladies were very helpful and patient and kind. You have a fabulous hotel!

The Emerald City
Has a fireplace in your room, in the lobby, and outside. You can dine in the restaurant overlooking the water. You can eat outside right on the water. The lobby is cozy with a view of the water. Walking distance from the ferries, Pikes Market. My favorite hotel in Seattle.
