Check in at 4pm, room was not ready, I find that annoying as this is not a cheap place. The room was not a city view it is a brick building view. No city. You get two coffee pods and that’s it. The service was fine. The valet team was exceptionally kind and fast. Pros- close to everything to walk.

Reservation changed by property

The hotel is nice. However on checkin we were told our two queen room we reserved wasn’t available and we had a king. (There were 3 of us) The general attitude was it was not their problem and there was nothing they could do except send a roll away. Which they didn’t until I called about an hour later. Roll away that came seemed like it was from 1995, it was stained and you could feel every spring. The frame was torn and it looked like something I’d expect in a motel not at a Hilton in down town Seattle. I also had to request decant bedding for it two different times and one of the blankets they brought was old and pilling.
