The staff were great. Super friendly and expedient. The room was clean and comfortable. The exterior porch area was very dirty with micro pieces of glass in the gravel. The landscape had dog poop. The last two items seemed unusual for this place. I would stay with them again because of the first two items.

Rude and unknowledgeable staff from the moment we checked in. They didn’t register all my guests or ask us to pay the pet fee until I went back and told them we have a dog. The key cards are very very horrible and you have to go at least once a day back to the reception area to get them recoded. When I mentioned how very frustrating that is their excuse is “if you have attitude we’ll kick you out, we told you this would happen at checkout.” No one told us anything about it; as I mentioned the employee who checked me in did not do a lot of things right. They almost gave our room away to another guest in the middle of our stay. The stove in our room did not work properly and took forever to heat up. They said it was a newly renovated property but I couldn't see it. There were bed bugs on our last night, I could not wait to get out of there, and I will not come back! Plenty of other accommodations out there that I will look for and book instead.

This is an extended stay hotel which worked for us as we used it to shower and sleep only. If you are new to the area or only need a place to sleep and shower it’s a good place. It’s close to the light rail station, coffee shop, restaurant which are all within walking distance.

So many issues! Air conditioning not working. No lights when you entered room; lighting in room overall poor. Bathroom light so dim could not see in shower. Told they could not switch rooms. Told maintenance would look at it the next day. They did something to it but barely made a difference. Next day bathroom light did not work. It was replaced the next day, but the mess made replacing it was not cleaned up. Husband went to office to ask for more coffee packets and rudely told we charge for those. This was on day three of a five day stay. Room not cleaned by housekeeping until fourth day of stay.

I recently stayed at Studio 6 Mountlake Terrace and found it to be a clean and well-priced option, especially for those wanting to explore the Seattle area. The hotel is nicely renovated and located in a quiet, treed neighborhood, which made for a peaceful stay. The rooms included useful amenities like a hairdryer and extra towels available on demand. One of the highlights was its convenient location—just a 10-minute drive to the ocean, where I enjoyed a stunning sunset. However, I did have some concerns. The parking lot had a few vehicles that looked abandoned, which made me feel a bit uneasy about safety. Additionally, the $50 deposit took four days to be refunded after I requested it, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a decent stay if you’re looking for an affordable, quiet spot close to nature, but be aware of the parking situation and deposit refund delay.

The studio rooms are very convenient with a large fridge, a coffee machine and an electric cooktop. The neighborhood is safe and clean. The only weird issue was the wifi, if you try the free wifi and and change your mind to pay $8 for a week of higher speed wifi, there are two things which are very inconvenient: 1) you cannot pay for this service from your device -- you need to purchase a code from the office, 2) you need to call the network service so that they can sign you off from the free wifi -- this was a 45-minute phone call for me as the person on the other end could not do this "signing off" think easily.
