Staypineapple was within walking distance to the Climate Pledge arena which is why we stayed at this hotel. It was a clean hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly, parking was convenient because we had an oversized vehicle. The bar/restaurant did not have a lot of options on their menu. It was also a 30 minute walk to Pike Market which we didn't mind walking.

I booked through Expedia, expecting the total cost to be what was shown at checkout. However, upon arrival, I was hit with multiple hidden charges that were never disclosed during booking. This was frustrating and felt misleading. I would not have booked had I known about these extra fees.

We recently stayed at The Maxwell Hotel in Seattle, and it was an absolute delight! The primary reason for our visit was to catch a Seattle Kraken game, and the hotel's location proved to be incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Climate Pledge Arena. Parking was also a breeze, which was a big plus. What truly made our stay stand out, however, was the incredible service from the staff. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a fun and quirky vibe, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Overall, we highly recommend The Maxwell Hotel for anyone visiting Seattle, especially for events at the Seattle Center. The combination of great location, excellent amenities, and exceptional staff service makes it a top choice. We would definitely return!

I would say I had higher expectations considering I have stayedin other Staypineapple properties. We were attending a game at the nearby Climate Change arena so that was convenient but there isn’t much around this hotel. We wanted to go to a happy hour (because the hotel bar happy hour wasn’t impressive) and there was nothing within a mile. We did end up going to the lackluster bar and found out later we got mischarged. Not impressed. It was a little noisy, loud and elevators took forever. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Our son said “we are definitely coming back” within 10 minutes of being in our room. The bed was so comfy & the linens were plush! The pool was warm & fun. We loved the Happy Hour when we arrived. We will be back!
