Great if you aren't travelling with a family
The room was huge, and this hotel has lots of potential. Be warned, families- there is not even a room refresh offered unless you stay for longer than 3 nights. The tiny garbage can doesn't cut it for even our 2 day stay. There is space to hang only two towels, although the room sleeps 5. I was able to get more towels, but even with taking out the dirty towels myself when I could track down a housekeeper's cart, we still had quite a load of dirty towels on the floor after our teenage son's basketball tournament. Breakfast was barely ok- the bagels and waffles saved they day.

Nice room. Plenty of room, well equipped. Poor housekeeping! Stayed two nights. Left Early on first night to attend meeting. Returned late afternoon. No housekeeping was done. Bed was not made, no cleaning done. Apparently no one came into the room in my absence. Disappointing.

While the hotel itself is well maintained, the staff at front desk is very curt. The lady at the front desk did not even acknowledge our presence at the while we were waiting to get checked in, after a few minutes a man came in, who seemed as if he was doing us a favour. We had several pieces of luggage we were struggling to carry, they did not bother to let us know that luggage cart was available. Breakfast is okay.

Overall the stay was great. The hotel was nice and clean, staff was friendly upon arrival and departure. There was a $16 charge to park in the garage but we were prepared for that as we read from another review about it. As we were leaving my 3.5 yr old asked if we could come back. It was perfectly located for everything we planned to do.

Did not disappoint! Staff was efficient and in some cases friendly too which is a bonus! If you want to park on property it is an additional $16. Not a big deal but when you recently stayed at a sister property in Montana they did not do this. Room service (new towels ) is only every two days and I guess I understand the more modern ways of hotels. They did ask if we wanted this and they did follow through when we asked for it. For a special occasion stay, clean towels and dumping you garbage from your room is a good thing. I would stay at another one of their properties any time. :)
