Check in was quick and easy. The room was also very clean. The bed was comfortable. I liked that I could control the temperature of the room. Only negative was that the room had sort of a musty smell to it.

It was continent that there was an airport shuttle. The room was clean and the staff was awesome! The breakfast was lacking, but I appreciated that there was an exercise room.

$30 late check in is ridiculous. You have staff on duty 24/7 why does it matter what time we check in. It costs you no money time money or energy. Just a way to stick it your customers
