The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Shuttle to and from sea-tac was easy with little wait time and courteous drivers. Room was clean and perfect for a one night stay to catch a flight.

It was a very old hotel. Smelled like stale smoke. The staff were friendly and the airport shuttle was great.

What I liked: Airport shuttle was convenient. Danx and Andrew were EXTREMELY nice and professional and I would’ve never stayed if they weren’t so amazing and accommodating. I hope they both get raises and Absolutely wonderful people! Shuttle offers service to food in the area. Pretty easy pick up/ drop off from airport. What I DID NOT LIKE: -My door deadbolt would not lock. Upon speaking with the front desk, I was told “oh. They do that sometimes”. My door would not lock. I felt awkward when I had to sleep with a chair blocking the door in case someone accidentally walked in. (This is a safety issue) - No communication with the teams. I called about 5 days before my trip. I called the hotel to ask about their incidentals fee. I was told it was 150$ and that on Expedia the fee was displayed (when booking it isn’t. I triple checked. It only recently got put up). I spoke with someone who swore their name was “T”. Upon check-in, no one made anyone else aware that I called FOUR TIMES TO CONFIRM that there was an incidentals waiver on my booking notes. There’s no “T” that works there and the person on the phone when I contacted the hotel should be FIRED for being an unprofessional child. Only when I said I would cancel was I offered a 50$ waiver to still pay 100$. Other hotels in the area were 25$ to 75$ for the WHOLE stay! Not worth it because the staff is HORRIBLE (other than the two lovely people I mentioned prior). -AC was busted and wouldn’t let me set the temp

Overall, this was a great spot for getting to/from the airport, and I’m quite happy with my stay. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I checked in late, so I was told my queen booking needed to be changed to a double bedroom. Room was nice and clean, and had no issue getting to bed for my early flight. The juice machine just dispensed water, but they had plenty of hot coffee. The shuttle service to the airport was on time, and the driver really hustled loading everyone’s bags.

Lovely comfortable hotel. Had some adventures, first ended up having friend that brought me to Seattle stay overnight before returning home and they happily changed my room to 2 beds Checked out after breakfast took shuttle to airport and while at gate had flight cancelled,,, quickly got the same room booked again so I could come back till flight tomorrow, everyone helpful, from the breakfast lady to check in people to shuttle Also went to the shopping mall last night, convenient and huge by what I have on east coast where I live!! Apple, Eddie Bauer, just what we wanted! So nice to have refrig and microwave now as I’m stuck here for another day as I have leftovers from last night too

I had to check out 3 days early because there was a change in my circumstances, but when i requested a refund through Expedia, it was denied. I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Seattle. I should get a refund because I notified the hotel ahead of time that I'd be checking out early, and yet they decided that I don’t deserve a refund. This is not right, and it's my money.

Parking your personal vehicle might be tight, but if you are using their shuttle to or from the SeaTac airport, everything else is amazing!! Everything else was great!
