Everything was great especially the staff. It was my home for 4 days, 3 nights. Not a deal breaker, I suggest to request for a room away from the highway. Otherwise, I was able to sleep well.

Great Location and Amenities!

The hotel was elegant and clean. The service staff were very accommodating. The room itself was comfortable, clean and had wonderful views of the city. The club space was exceptional and made this stay! There is a happy hour every day in the main floor, which was nice. Close walking distance to everything downtown from the pier to the Space Needle, you can get around without a car at this location. Would definitely stay here again.

Came to Seattle with my brother & two friends to go to our first ever ufc event, couldn’t have had a better weekend! Hotel was awesome staff was a 10 out of 10, very helpful & nice, this hotel will be where I stay next Seattle trip, thank you guys so much for the best weekend ever !!

All $$$, no service.

The front desk service was great, but the bar table service was nonexistent - we had to repeatedly go to the bar to place all of our orders and no one ever came to our table to provide service, even though we were there for a couple of hours. Then they tagged 20% onto our bill for the services we didn’t receive. There were only 3-4 tables occupied, so it certainly wasn’t because they were busy. It cost us over $90 for 4 beers and two sandwiches with fries. The only saving grace was the young lady providing the music, she was very talented.
