I wouldn't go back to this hotel and here are the reasons. 1 some of the staff at the front desk are rude (some not all of them of course) 2 I still can't believe they charge for internet (this is the first hotel I have been to that charges for internet and I travel for work) 3 they charge for parking!! (some hotels do, but not for the amount of money they charge for rooms) 4 very limited dinning

Excellent location in downtown Seattle. The TV in my room wouldn't do anything as I couldn't even access the channel guide. However, I did not inform the hotel staff of my inability to get it working as I didn't have enough time to wait around for them to address the problem..

We liked staying here. Very nice and comfortable rooms. It was at the top of a steep hill, so walking was not comfortable for all of us. It was a short Uber ride to the NCL cruise terminal. We dined mostly at the coffee bar in the am in the lobby - did not try the restaurant (which seemed pricey). They did let us check in a little bit early so we could drop our luggage and go to the waterfront - so hiugh marks for service there overall. We also explored the Space Needle and Pike Place Market from here - again easy to get Uber rides from and to here.

Good but traffic noise
Room was large and comfortable but the hotel is literally next to I5 and we could hear the traffic, especially Friday night. Good clam chowder. Hotel is aging a little bit too although the carpet in my room was pretty new.

The food, i felt, was subpar to the quality they are striving for. I had a flatbread pizza which was cut in half, and each half was laid on top of itself. There was a piece of parchment inbetween, but that didnt stop the bottom half losing all its cheese and toppings by being stuck to the paper. The cheesecake wasnt advertised correctly, I expected a slice of cheese cake but it was something different. the room itself was great though, except lighting in the main sitting area, there were no lamps.
