Pleasantly surprised. Nice big room, clean, comfortable beds, good tv selection, nice breakfast, friendly staff. One complaint - hard to get right temperature in the room but eventually we did. Thermostat in centigrade not Fahrenheit.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk personnel are nice and helpful. The AC in our room was leaking I tiold the front desk and immediately they assigned another room, they even moved our lugagge. The breakfast was good, you also get coffee and tea in your Kcup maker in your room. They also have coffee and tea 24/7 at the lobby, fresh ground coffee. It was a short 20 mn drive to Seattle main attractions. The rooms and areas were very clean. No complaints.There is a pancacke house next to the hotel which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, we ate here on the first night we arrived, the food was really good made to order, they even offered us a 15% off when we told them we were going to check in at the Redmond and gave us 3 more coupons for our stay. We loved it and would stay here again.

The shower/tub drain didn't work well. The continental breakfast was pretty limited. It seems overpriced for what you get. The service staff are all kind and professional. I appreciated that they let me check in several hours early without hassle.

Clean, comfortable, quiet place near SR 520 and downtown Redmond. Loved the espresso machine and breakfast was good. The only negative is that the WiFi is spotty. I would stay here again.
