Funny enough, I need to update my last review saying the off street parking offers a bit more security. During my second stay on 3/1, around $2000 worth of tools were stolen out of my truck, likely by one of the shady characters hanging around what appears to be the hotels private parking lot. Should I have been more careful? Probably. Should the hotel take more initiative to keep shady people out of their parking lot? Definitely.
Otherwise, the front desk staff is rude, one broken elevator, but hey it's not the plaza. And it's right next to the airport. Just don't do like I did and leave valuables in your car. But it would be nice to not have to worry about it.
Arrived at 7pm. No staff present at counter, no one responded to calling from reception desk, had to go knock loudly on door to back office which was closed. Staff lady was extremely rude during check in, like unbelievable unpleasant. Drug paraphernalia in the elevator, hotel did not appear in good condition or clean. A couple guys roaming hallway, one with towels tied all over his body and head apparently under influence of something. Asked if he was ok and he ran away. Very scketchy hotel, did NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL AND DID NOT STAY for our reservation even though we did not get a refund. Do not recommend!!

It's right by the airport. The parking lot is off the street which brings little bit more security.
When checking in asked how late the restraunt 50 feet from the front desk was open. He said i don't know look on the brochure.
Staff was not helpful.
Vending machines, washer and dryer were both broken.
Was not allowed to park in the parking garage.
No continental breakfast.
Finally there were chips on the floor beside one of the beds and no liner for the ice bucket. .

Staff was rude and spoke down to guests. She would come out of the back office yelling at us, as if were inconveniencing her.
The hallway smelt of weed smoke and a wet mildew odor.
Wouldn't give clear explanation on why there were charges on our bill. Staying there was not worth the couple dollars saved.
The hotel bathroom door was bad, if you closed it you were locked in. The door could only be opened from the outside.
The shampoo/conditioner bottles were empty.

Rude staff with very poor customer service. Troubles with their bathroom, when asked for some help the staff refused to help us in any way.
Even though hotel had many available rooms. I was given the worst room to be in, 1st floor room 106, next to main road with heavy traffic noise, worst night !
