well the place itself was ok. the breakfast diy pancakes cornflakes muffings. the room itselft was kind of small felt kind of old and the bed could had been a little better but w/e it was pretty clean id give them that. 1 of the shuttle drivers was kind of rude but the black guy with the cowboy hat was cool. but for 185 a night it wasnt worth it at least for me. id give it a 1 but the girl at the counter was real nice and the black guy too. if it wasnt for them ill give it a -1.

It is solely a hotel for the airport. The room was clean, but walls are very thin so quite noisy for me. Staff was very nice and shuttle was efficient.

Amazing stay

Our stay was great, the room was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Very comfortable bed. Overall I found the hotel hallway and spacious lobby clean and in good condition. Hotel staff were kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the shuttle was available to drop off as early as 3am. I would stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

The facilities were very old, and the toilet kept making noises. I had to get up at 1 a.m. to fix it. The blanket was extremely thin, but the front desk couldn’t provide another one. Since I couldn’t rest well, I requested a one-hour late checkout, but was told I would be charged a penalty.

As a solo senior lady with wheelchair assistance at the airport, I appreciate that you can meet the Q. Inn shuttle pretty close to the skybridge down elevators to pick-up level. However, when they drop you back there it's harder to reverse to the check-in zone. Level 2 room seems much better than "prison like" dark grey Level 1. Had both, coming/going. Continental breakfast room plus waffles & fruit, adequate for travelers, 6 a.m. - 9. Attendant a bit surly, banging things around at 9 as people are finishing. Basics are okay in room. Beds comfy, clean. Price high for level of service & ambiance, but very handy for overnight between flights. Desk clerks very pleasant.
