We especially liked the dependability of the shuttles to and from the airport, and the helpfulness of the drivers. I should also mention the courtesy and efficiency of the front desk in general, and specifically regarding one incident in particular. We had checked out and had taken the shuttle to the airport, and was on our way to security when we received a call from the front desk - i had left my driver's license instead of the room key in the designated receptacle! Yikes! We made arrangements for the shuttle driver to bring it on his next trip, and we met up at a specified drop-off location! Our trip home was saved in time! Thank you!

The front desk was exceptional. When we checked in there was a fairly good many people waiting in line (the Yankees were in town). One person running the front desk. She was on top of everything, helpful, pleasant, smiling through the whole line . Keep her, you don’t find employees like that these days. Don’t remember her name, but she wore her hair in a blue bun.
