Conveniently located near the market and public transportation. Comfortable bed and quaint decor. I was able to check in upon arrival which was early and store my bags for a few hours after check out. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I’ll be back.

Right across the street from Pike Place. Easy walk to bus stops and the link plus dining and entertainment is so close. Wear earplugs for the nighttime noise. It was so cute and room service for breakfast to boast. We wish they would've had some vegan options at the restaurant but we went elsewhere for food.

Fantastic boutique hotel close to the market

We loved the Palihotel!! The location was absolutely perfect but the entire vibe of this boutique hotel was fantastic! I love the fun stylish decor and the staff was awesome. The rooms were clean and the common areas were perfect. Literally steps away from good restaurants and the market!

Property is convenient and close to the places we wanted to go. It would help a lot if they have a dedicated area to park in the front of the hotel for guest to unload their luggage and get information about a convenient parking location after check-in. Other than that the property is superb 👌

We stayed at the Palihotel for one night for a comedy show. Check in was great. When we arrived in our room it was cute and clean. The first issue in the room was that the tap was leaking quite badly in the sink. Before going to the comedy show we decided to order breakfast for the morning, we placed the order form on the door around 5 pm (it said order before 12). We got back to the room that night after midnight. The form was still on the door. We called the front desk to ensure that someone was going to come get our order. The phone in our room wasn’t working well and she couldn’t hear us and asked us to call from a cell phone (costing us money since we have out of country cell phones) she ensured us someone would pick it up around 2 am. We woke up at the time our breakfast was supposed to arrive, it never did. The slip was still on the door. Called again, phone still not working. I brought these issues up when we checked out and was just stared at dumbfounded, but no apologies or solutions were offered. The location of this hotel is excellent but I don’t think I would stay again.

I would definitely stay in this hotel again given a reasonable rate. One of my favourite things in Seattle is the Pike Street Market and you could not find a more conveniently located hotel to access it. In addition, I found the hotel charming and though it retained its old world charm it was still nicely renovated.

I enjoyed the design of this property - very much on theme with its eclectic floral / woodsy / industrial / retro mid-century vibe. That being said, some of the design trumped functionality. There was little room to put your toiletries in the bathroom, and the coffee maker was on a table with no outlet so we had to move it to the windowsill where there was an open outlet to make coffee. Not deal breakers but little random things to keep in mind. That being said, we loved our stay and the central location to the waterfront, Pike Place, and light link rail station (all walking distance).

The plethora of tennis balls in the glass casing was pretty neat, not sure what it was for but I’ve thought about it daily ever since.
