We chose this hotel for its proximity to Climate Arena (home of the Kraken). It was perfectly close but still quiet. Room was very nice and a great two bed layout. Small room but all we needed!

We booked here b/c we were going to see Sebastian Maniscalco at the Key Arena - it was two blocks away and perfectly located. The only thing I would say to be aware of is the parking, like most downtown centrally located hotels - the parking garage is under the hotel, and secure, but if you drive anything larger than a true compact car, it's tight.
