The Room was in very good condition and modern bath/shower. Underground parking is expensive, small spots, hard to get in and out of the parking spaces, parking on the streets overnight is unsafe. Lobby is connected to Starbucks and it gets crowded and noisy in the evenings, it's not clear if all are Hotel guest or Starbucks overflow. Anyone can get to the lobby from the coffee shop to the underground parking. Even though it has a gate it's risky leaving things in your car.

Close to Space Needle and other activities.
We stays here for a few days before catching a cruise ship for Alaska and Canada. It was great. We were in walking distance of the space needle and restaurants. Also beautiful park to walk around. We went to the Chuhilly Glass Museum. We went to a free Art galley show. We were able to walk to all of these places. We did a bus tour and took Uber for further places. The place was clean and nice. The service was good and staff nice.

Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel had great amenities and was very clean. The area was very walkable with multiple dining options and a grocery store just across the street.
