Great place but need better management

I've stayed at Level before in other cities. It's always great, BUT this time, we had to wait almost an hour and a half to get checked in. As a business owner myself, management & staff are aware of events in the city and they were severely understaffed. Having rooms booked prior, staff would be aware of the influx of people coming to check in and should have been better prepared. The manager came out of his office multiple times, saw that the line went from the front desk all the way to the front door, but did not offer any type of assistance to help his staff. Level is a great place to stay but this experience was disappointing. I'd maybe expect this at a 3 star but this was not acceptable.

Clean and convenient

Clean facility in general with clean rooms but no daily room service. Unit is fully equipped with kitchen and has ample space. Large gym and good pool/sauna although sometimes noisy with children. Pretty much a self-serve place. Convenient to restos and downtown. Overall very good place for short stay.

The line/wait to check in at 4pm was over thirty minutes. The check in process is ridiculous, filling out forms online and then the same thing in person. Zero point. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where check in was so duplicitous. The room itself was nice and clean and just fine. The elevators at 11am checkout were another 15-30 minute ordeal. I also had to pay for parking twice or I couldn’t leave. Will not stay here again but may others have better luck.

I waited for 1 hour to check in to my room. The line was like nothing have seen before. We realized once in pyjamas that there was no bedding for the pull out couch. They have no one that can bring but to you - I had to chance and go tot he front desk. For the price of the room I expect better service.

This property is absolutely great value for money. Good central location and a modern 2 bed condo with great facilities including gym and pool. We were also allowed early check in which was greatly appreciated. Things to note if booking is that the building and apartment does have a noisy ventilation system. Turning of the AC in the room made no difference. Also the reception only had one person working on our arrival. So the arrival process wasn’t quick. Overall I would probably stay here again based on pricing.

I loved the two bedroom suite. Very clean, own laundry in the condo, plus a full kitchen and lots of space!! The staff was very helpful and the under ground parking was so convenient and worth the extra money to park there!! I would definitely recommend Level!!
