We were forced to get a hotel because of a flight cancellation and this hotel fit all the criteria. The hotel was easy to check in, the room was nice, the shower head was the best ever, the breakfast was adequate, and they had. ashuttle to the airport.

Room and bathroom appeared very clean. There was a slight odor to the room to me, but, my husband said he did not smell anything. Thermostat was not very user friendly. Room was very warm but did cool down somewhat overnight. Parking was good, close and spot was wide enough for my full size truck. We did not use room service but did see a flyer posted in the room. Snacks from the check in area were reasonably priced. Ive definitely paid more at other hotels. We looked at the fitness room but did not use, choosing instead to take a walk. Only about 8 to 10 minutes from SeaTac. Overall, would stay again.

Clean but needs a little work

Property was clean and well organized. Rooms were comfortable. Mattress was clean but could stand to be replaced, getting a bit lumpy. Only other problem was breakfast selection. Very few choices and could use a few more coffee pots, so recommend going out for breakfast.

This hotel was dated, but for the most part clean. It allows pets but no pet odors were detected in our room or in the common areas. A limited continental breakfast was available, but the coffee was replenished often. We had a very friendly staff and the shuttle drivers (which is needed to get access to local amenities since it was in a business park) were kind and responsive getting us to and from the local market (Walmart). Given the price differential for comparable hotels in the immediate area, this was a good decision, and we will stay here again if the need arises.

A Good Night's Stay

We only stayed for one night, but we were very satisfied with the stay. Most commendable was the gentleman who checked us in, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and had the most pleasant demeanor.

Photos Not Representative of Actual Hotel

I was so disappointed when we arrived at the Larkspur hotel in Renton. The room was very old, dark and dingy. The sofa was so worn that the fabric on the arms was almost rubbed through. But the worst part was the awful condition of the mattresses. We just could not stay there and had to move to a different hotel. The photos in the ad and description are NOT representative of this hotel, so keep that in mind.
