I do not recommend this place for a casual visit to Seattle. It's very far from downtown and cost me an arm and a leg to uber everywhere. I'd have much rather spent that money on nicer/closer hotel. It's definitely an Extended Stay and the people staying there were not "other guests" - they were residents and I had an issue where one got too friendly with me and made me very uncomfortable and because it was a "hotel" he was able to call me and harass me on the room phone. Suffice to say, I changed rooms!

We loved our stay here. We used it as a base to explore options for our kids in and around Seattle. Our room had a full fridge, stovetop, and micro. It also had a garbage disposal and a dishwasher! I loved overseas for four years and never had that! After a long day of running them at museums and such they loved the warm cookies at the front desk and when we had them pick up they even lined up their squish mellows.

NO TV service, no disclosure, poor communication.

03/16/2025. At check-in the clerk DID NOT DISCLOSE the TV reception was out for the entire hotel. They said nothing. I had to phone the front desk after trying to get any channel to come up only to be told that the hotel knows about the problem and that a service tech will be by sometime the following week. Finally, a signal did come on but for only 15 minutes. Then, the "cable box" turned off for another 15 minutes. We were not offered any kind of discount or upgrade. Because we booked the room with Hotels.com we could not get our money back and stay at a different hotel. Bottom line: the front desk and staff demonstrated very poor communication regarding a present and on-going problem. We will never stay here again.

We were surprised by the size of the space--bigger than expected. Appreciated that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living space. And the basic kitchen with a full-size fridge made bringing our own food so much easier. Where the room lacked was in lighting. It was like walking around in candlelight or a dim casino. The rest of the room was equally dated--cracks in counters, dog-chewed moulding. But the bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot. I would remind those considering coming that this is a pet-friendly place. We didn't come with a pet. But we encountered some fleas left over from somebody else's pet. Both of us have red bites on our arms after sitting on the couch. Breakfast was simple. The fruit was fresh and the cereals and yogurts well-stocked. Our first night was quiet. Our second was not, as a family with small children was placed above us. Endless running and stomping. Front desk was helpful when we let them know.

My husband and I pulled in here late at night, after a long day on the road, just needing place to stay for the night. Good service. Selection of packaged goods for breakfast, along with some boiled eggs and fruit and yogurt. Nothing fancy, but we were satisfied. It seemed fairly clean, but was not in good repair. Missing baseboards, peeling laminate on the very old cabinets, shiny spots on the carpet, poor caulking in the bathroom starting to mold, and kind of scary was holes/soft spots in the floors under the carpet (out in the hall as well as in the room next to the bed). The parking was ample and close, and it seemed to be a fine neighborhood with pretty grounds. It seemed like a very old hotel that was kept reasonably clean, but could sure use some renovations!
