I will start by saying the staff was amazing. The biggest downfall is that they offer their king room with pull out as being able to accommodate 4 adults. This is not the case. The pull out couch is awful and can barely fit one. They did the best they could to moves us rooms but it was not possible

Not what you would expect from a Hyatt, it’s sad.
When we first checked In, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We were thrilled with the view from our room except the windows were so dirty that we couldn’t get good pictures. The room was average. Not like we would expect from a Hyatt. It was EXTREMELY hot so we immediately started cooking it down so when we got back from the event it would hopefully be cool enough to sleep. Sadly, it was not. We called the front desk and they found a fan for us. Even with all of this the temp never dropped more than 4 degrees. None of us slept well between the hot room and the people in the next room thumping the headboard against the wall every couple of hours. We decided to cut our trip short and eat breakfast and leave. The breakfast was awful and there was no where to sit. When we asked the receptionist if we could sit at bar area, her less than pleasant “I guess” wasn’t what we expected. She also said we could “just sit outside”. I asked what the temperature was outside and she said “oh I guess it’s cold”. We checked out we have been looking for the right fit, this isn’t it.

The location of the property was excellent, and having parking was a big bonus even at $45 per night. The downside was the Hotel listed soundproofed rooms as an amenity, and in reality, the rooms were some of the loudest I have stayed in. We could hear every sound from the adjoining rooms, as well as outside. The room had a small fridge, but no microwave, and several of the USB charging plugs did not work.

Property was just fine. We walked across the street to grab some allergy meds and saw a guy sitting in the sidewalk shooting drugs in his arm.
