Overall, I was satisfied, but it was disappointing that the washing machine didn’t accept credit cards. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Large rooms, having a kitchen and sitting area is very nice. Pillows are very bad, and beds are a not very comfortable or maybe old. Sag a bit too much. We came right after the storm, so no hot breakfast or pool was available. You would think they'd provide some credit or maybe a happy hour to compensate, but nope.

Horrible experience and rude front desk
A day after we checked in, Bellevue experienced a storm that knocked out the power. This left us without light, warm water, or amenities. We understood that this was out of the hotel’s control, but decided to ask what was going to happen due to being in town for a work conference I would need the electricity and water to get ready. We were told that our entire stay would be refunded if we decided to stay, so we decided to stay and see if the power could come back on. When the power was gone for 2 more days, we decided to ask if we could just get refunded and find another place. We were confronted by a front desk agent who was very unhelpful and demeaning. She called her manager who when was told about the situation started laughing on the phone at us. They said that because we stayed we would not be refunded, despite the specific instructions given to us previously. They would not budge and were very rude about the whole experience stating that “many people were staying despite not having power or amenities.” Coming from Florida where storms are plentiful, I have never experienced such a horrible and unprofessional stay even with the extenuating circumstances. When I called the help desk, they told me it was up to the property because refunding would “hurt their business”. 100% would not recommend staying at this property. Go across town and stay at the other Hyatt.

This is second time we've stayed at the property. As usual, staffs are always friendly. We've asked the front desk to see if it's possible to arrange to be on the same floor as our friends and they were happy to do so. They've also let us know that the new room they had available may be noisy as it faces the freeway. We really appreciate their effort in making the arrangement and warning about noise. Every was clean and cleaning staff came everyday. Breakfast was good but we wished that there were more vegetarian options available. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay at the same property again!
