Hotel, room, hot tub, pool were all awesome. Great people great service! Restaurant was ok. Service in restaurant was ok, food was ok, but it seemed to be teying to be fancy, when it was just not. Their Salmon benedict was amazing, but everything else on the menue was not. Salad had too much dressing, Seafood chowder was promising, but did not taste like seafood, it basically tasted like bacon and potatoe soup, and was thin. Hotel.100% restaurant, maybe 50%

Stayed for 1 night, used valet and had a great stay. On our way out, an incident happened where another guest luggage struck my car and caused damage to the paint. Long story short, the front desk manager (Eugene) made sure that Hyatt did right by me and understood my frustrations with the incident. I would stay again simply because of the service and standards that the mamagement hold themselves to.

Bagels in the morning. Pizza vending machine (although I didn’t have pizza… that was cool) Valet being right there. I don’t think it should be an added cost, but most hotels do charge for it extra. Close to the theatre where we saw a musical :) the restaurant was good as well
