A pleasure to stay

We loved our stay. The room was beautifully decorated. The bedding was soft, delightful to enjoy and the room was very clean. I highly recommend staying at the Sorrento.

The Hotel Sorrento as of the end of 2024 is a bit tired and need of investments. Our room was unheated as the room heater was broken so a space heater was provided. The room was 64F upon entry very late at night. The room is too dark and needs more lighting. The decor needs updating as well (for instance unappealing black room rugs) and hallway scent is way too strong and unappealing. The staff is courteous and efficient. So some pluses and many areas that need improvement.

I loved your beautiful hotel! We had Christmas Eve with our son & fiance. Room was well decorated and nice except the ugly drapes. Please consider another choice for those...otherwise a wonderful stay for the holiday. Susan

Lovely Heritage Hotel in Seattle

Love the atmosphere of this Heritage Hotel in Seattle. Room was spacious, well-equipped, and bed very comfortable (although, wish it had a fitted bottom sheet). Staff were personable, professional and exceptionally helpful.
