Clean and cozy for a good price. Good for my one night stay. The heater isn't very efficient and pretty loud so I turned it off at night. Since the room was small it was still pretty warm.

Check in was smooth, lobby is clean. The room is outdated. Carped seems very saturated in dirt. The shower curtains are cheap …. The AC or heating unit is old and very loud. Comes on multiple time. Also the “parking available” advertising is definitely deceiving… there’s no parking available. $67 ballet parking only

This is a boutique hotel in downtown Seattle. It is walkable and convenient for those attending conferences at the convention center. The Expedia listing did say that a deposit would need to be paid upon arrival. I was not expecting the deposit to be quite so high ($380 which includes a hold for incidentals). It did get refunded after I checked out. They were amenities in the room such as bottles of water, a robe, and umbrella but all of them were labeled with fairly high prices. I wasn't sure if the price for the robe was if I used it or if I removed it from the premises. The bottles of water were $7 each. I felt very nickel and dimed. Upon arrival there was also a card with a QR code you can scan to tip housekeeping for setting up the room. I'm accustomed to tipping when I leave and each morning that I request housekeeping, but I've never seen a request for a tip upon arrival. There was a choice for custom tip but the other choices were $5, $10, or $20. They also made it clear that housekeeping would only come upon request. Thus I was dismayed that for a three night stay that was booked for two people, they only gave me a half roll of toilet paper. It seems to me that if they are charging for every little thing and soliciting tips so aggressively, they should at least provide adequate amounts of toilet paper. When I called, they asked me to go down to the desk to get some but eventually brought some to me when I insisted. The room itself was clean but small.

Can't be bothered

The front desk staff was not interested in greeting guests or making them feel welcome at all. I requested a wake-up call on my final morning at the hotel, since I had to catch an early ferry. The wake-up call never came. The man who was working right outside the front door, however, was very pleasant. He greeted me and chatted and opened the door, which was nice.
