Excellent stay. Great rooms, comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. Only downside was a coming back to the hotel late to find no available parking spots (even you are charged for parking).

$15 additional to park in a sketchy parking lot, no cameras and substandard lighting. Broken window glass still visable on the ground. How can you charge $15 or even a $1 extra for this? This isn't even dt seattle where parking is at a premium. You're in the parking lot of one of the biggest malls in WA.

Really happy with our stay over all. I love the bed so much truly relaxing with the exception of the pillows.. very high for my head, so I had to just sleep without any pillow at all. The breakfast was just OK too, not a lot of selections. But the all of staff were very friendly.

Halfway through our 10 day stay, our tv went out, which was really a drag. Although I don't blame the hotel for the outage, they would not give us a discount on our bill. I believe having a tv in your room to watch while you wind down is part of the price you pay for your stay. We couldn't watch the news or a show in the evenings or while we got ready during the day. It pretty much sucked. Also, the free breakfast buffet was really terrible, the food was awful. This was a one and done for us. Dissatisfied!

Shared parking with tenants almost cost me having my car towed. Desk clerk did not explain details of parking. Received notice on my car that I was parked in violation. An African American woman was not friendly and lectured an employee who was trying to work with me to check in one hour early. I was refused. Your dining for breakfast was inconvenient. I went down early for coffee only with the intent to eat later with my husband. I had to wait for coffee at the entrance and didn’t get to add my own cream/ sugar. Maybe a separate coffee dispenser at the entrance will allow customers to get their own coffee.
