Walls were paper thin with guests (residents?) in next room playing loud music/TV, and could hear every word. Elevators working but in disrepair. Woken up by alarm clock in the next room with no one staying there and had to call down to front to have it turned off. I checked out a day early, first time in my life.

Great area, staff are very helpful and friendly. Reason i rated the prosperity condition 3 stars as the air / heater was so loud, as loud as a helicopter. Also the room around the pool area, located outside of the building wasn’t that great, and was very cold. I was lucky that the staff was be able to switched me to another one inside the building.

Don't stay here. It's gross.

This room so was run down and it didn't even seem like the room was cleaned very well. The lamps had a layer of dust on them. The rug was old and dirty, basically coming up and lifting in some areas. The bathtub surface coating was flaking, there was water damage around the tub and tiles were coming off the baseboards. No surface felt clean. We did have our pet with us and were probably in a pet designated pet room, but that doesn't excuse the state this room was in.
