Reserved a double queen room with sofa pullout but ended up with a king room with sofa pull out, which was not ideal with two adults and two kids. But hotel offered us two rooms which we didn’t take because we had two young kids and didn’t want to split up our family. So they comped our parking which was nice. Staff was great and helpful, location was very convenient for what we were in the city for, a concert at Climate Pledge Area. Less than a 10 min walk. I gave it an overall okay rating mostly because the hotel itself is a bit outdated, one elevator was out and the rooms need some updating. And the fact that we got a king room rather then a double queen which is what we truly needed and originally reserved. But great location and great staff.

I rated the property an overall 3. It would have been a 5 but housekeeping was inadequate. The hotel states housekeeping was every other day. On the 3rd day without housekeeping I asked the housekeeper in the hallway to clean the room. She did not speak English but through google translate she informed me my room was not on the schedule. I called the front desk and the suite was barely freshened that day. They changed the towels and made the bed. They did not change the sheets. They did not wash the dishes. They did not clean the bath. I was there 3 more days and the room was never cleaned again. Having said that, everything else about the hotel was more than adequate, breakfast, location, suite size, cleanliness when we arrived. The living room area could use a decorator 😃 I would definitely return but keep a strict schedule with housekeeping.

We loved that we were able to check in early. The hotel was very busy and had only one working elevator at the time. I was a bit shocked when I saw staff getting ahead of guests who either had luggage or hands full with dining plates to get on the elevator instead of using the stairs. The breakfast was a nice selection but the area seemed to be under staffed as seen by items not being replenished when out and the piles of dishes on tables and surrounding areas. The staff, only 2 seen, were very pleasant and would take care of things if asked.

We stayed 3 nights and it was very pleasant. Property is a tad dated but still very nice. Breakfast was really good but busy. I would stay again. Walking distance to space needle and the area with all the museums. Staff very nice. Great view from room as advertised. Next door is a cool German beer hall w great food.

Digital TV reception was poor during the last 3 days of our stay. Really worthless. They said some rooms had problems. Elevators were nice and quick. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Nice variety of items, especially hot foods.

We had a nice room with a good view. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the secure parking facility. It was close to the places we wanted to visited, and everything was very walkable.
