Disappointed in housekeepers
If you leave something behind don’t expect to get it back. Either housekeeping throws it away, keeps it for themselves or someone in the office/front desk takes it for themselves. Don’t expect a call back from General Manager either after leaving a message about the forgotten item. Can’t leave a message with front desk because their mailbox is full.

The room smelled a little funky when we first checked in, but we were able to air it out. There is only one elevator for all 5 floors. Wonderful staff though, was able to accommodate our needs for extra towels, toothbrushes, and make up wipes. The lovely front desk lady granted us an extra 15 min past check out time because we were running behind. Lots of shopping options in the area. Definitely would stay here again!
