Everything you’d need from an airport hotel. They got me a free room upgrade, and had a list of nearby restaurants. Shuttle service was convenient and staff was great!
I was second in line to check in around 8pm after a long flight.
They were unable to make keys for the rooms!
6 parties arrived after me.
After 55 minutes Expedia was able to get me a refund and i went elsewhere because i had a car. Others were stuck.
Elizabeth at the desk was managing all guests, all incoming calls and trying to talk on the phone to whoever was supposed to help her get the keys fixed. She went to the manager more than once
THE MANAGER DID NOT COME OUT TO TALK WITH GUESTS OR HELP ELIZABETH IN THE 55 MIN. I WAITED.
THAT MANAGER SHOULD LOSE HIS/HER JOB. ELIZABETH SHOULD BE THE MANAGER.
WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT HAS AN OPEN DOOR BEHIND THE DESK, HEARS 3 PHONES RINGING AT ONCE, KNOWS THERE ARE 8 PARTIES WAITING AND AND IS TOO BUSY TO HELP FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM?

The property itself was very nice. However, at check in on 1/28 we had a bad experience with clerk at the desk. She was on the phone with another employee, would not look up, give us eye contact, or even acknowledge we were standing there for 15 minutes after a long day of travel. I finally said excuse me can this call be continued since it’s obviously an issue with an employee that’s not easily resolved? Very poor service and definitely needs training at the very least to acknowledge customers and let them know she’ll be with them shortly.
Mia, the check in was very rude. We had just walked in and our family members who were dropping us off were saying goodbye, not only was she rude, but she was also making off handed comments underneath her breathe afterwards. She was also rushing us. To which I then told her that I was saying goodbye and didn't appreciate being rushed as we hadn't even asked her to check us in at that time. But because she was in a rush for some reason she wanted everything done ASAP. Didn't appreciate the service she provided or the fact that she was being rude. If she doesn't like working here then she should get a different job.
Good hotel great staff bad area not the hotels fault though. Ambulance can be heard flying up and down the street all night.

Stay for the convenience
It seems the hotel structure is shifting because: the room door did not securely latch/close, the bathroom door wouldn't stay open and would hit the glass shower door and frame. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and staff were okay.
